The farm has always sold its production directly to its customers, at the farm, at the mountain lodge and especially in its own cheese dairy for the past 20 years in Saint-Martin-Vésubie and thus all year around with transparency and trust.

In our cheese dairy, our production is complemented by the great cheeses of the Alps that we mature, as well as farm products and fine grocery items made from family or artisanal craftsmanship of the highest quality.
Opening Hours
The cheese dairy is open all year-round on weekends, from Friday morning to Sunday noon and during school holidays, during additional days. It is located at 47 Rue du Docteur Cagnoli, also known as Rue du Ruisseau, at the bottom of the village.
Friday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
