At the heart of our herd, an extraordinary "cow story" was born...
The Project
In the autumn of 2004, at the same time as Garance's birth at La Gordolasque, we had the idea to offer the sponsorship of a cow or even half of a cow. From this financial contribution, the sponsors can collect their cheese at the rhythm they wish up to the amount of their investment, with a 10% return. As our herd quickly grew, we started sponsoring of goats and sheep as well.
Becoming a Sponsor
20 years have passed since sponsorship began. Loyal ancient sponsors, some of whom have unfortunately passed away, and more recent ones, with whom we share our life, our work, our concerns and joy, and who are always ready to help us in their own way. Sponsors are first and foremost our customers at the cheese dairy, and over time, friendship has developed.
